Williams Coaches prides itself on supplying quality vehicles driven by professional drivers. We feel it is of paramount importance that the safety & welfare of all passengers, including school children, is not compromised on any level. For these reasons our Company has joined BUSK Benchmark to help promote safer coach travel.

Fleet: Fleet of 28 coaches with a seating capacity from 25 to 70 and 6 vehicles with a seating capacity of between 8 and 16 fitted.
Drivers: Williams Coaches employ 14 full and 14 part time drivers.
Training: Drivers trained in on-going CPC modules including First Aid, Defensive Driving & RTCs, Drivers’ Hours & Tachographs, Vehicle Walkaround Checks & Defect Reporting, Customer Care. Drivers also monitored by Company’s in-house driving instructor plus specific drivers have completed SEN courses via local authority.
Maintenance: In house maintenance carried out in purpose built workshop facilities managed by Gwyn Williams. Vehicles safety inspected every 6 /8 weeks.

Williams Coaches is a family run business which means that we can offer our customers a more personal service, something often forgotten when dealing with larger companies. The Company was established in 1955 by John and Mary Williams and has progressively grown into a major provider of quality coach travel in Mid Wales. We operate a fleet of over 30 vehicles ranging from minibuses to 70 seat coaches.
Our quality and commitment to customer satisfaction have been rewarded with several trophies that include the Top Welsh Coach Award at the prestigious UK Coach Rally no less than 6 times.
Williams Coaches can undertake a wide variety of work both in the UK and Europe. Provide us with your requirements and we will be happy to do the rest, from organising tours and accommodation to simple day trips. If you are on a set budget give us a call and we will do our best to help.
Drivers employed by us are all experienced and unlike some other companies we do not operate a system of seniority as we feel staff work better as equals. We hope that they will do their utmost to ensure that travelling with us will be both safe and enjoyable.
