Acklams Coaches has designed a three year agreement with Green Road to help back its 'Drive Green-Drive Safe Policy'. The main aim of Green Road is to reduce unnecessary driving manoeuvres through driver training and using a traffic light system LED display inside our vehicles on the dashboard, with red light signalling an unnecessary driving manoeuvre through to safe driving. Drivers are able to obtain real time vehicle feedback through the dash board traffic light system and are able to receive online feedback through the Drive Green Driver Training Programme. The overall aim is sustained driver improvement.
